Financial
arrangements for all work are made at the time of the
initial exam. The options are listed below:
1. Prepayment Option (before or at the time the first
appointment is booked). A 5%* reduction in professional
fees will be given as a bookkeeping courtesy if the
account is prepaid in full for all the scheduled work
(appointments). No reduction in fees (under the
prepayment option) will be given after the first
appointment has been booked. **For continuing care
appointments they must be paid for at the time they are
booked too (i.e. at the last continuing care
appointment)
2. Payment at each appointment for the work completed
that day.
3. VISA, or INTERAC
4. Emergency care where finances are limited can have
special payment arrangements up to three months to
settle the account. These payments must be by credit
card.
6. Seniors (65 and over) may have a 5%* reduction in
professional fees if accounts are paid at or before the
appointment...(no post-dated cheques or payment plans)
7. Clients going on the short call list with no booked
appointments who will come in at short notice will be
entitled to a 5%* bookkeeping courtesy on professional
fees if accounts are paid at or before the appointment.
For major prosthetic work the professional fee will be
billed at the impression appointment and the laboratory
fee will be billed at the insertion appointment.
