Our Financial
Policy
Financial arrangements for all work will be made at the
time of the initial exam. The options are listed below

Payment at each appointment for the work
done that day |

Visa, Mastercard, American Express or
Interac |

3. |
Prepayment.: (at or before the appointment
is booked). A 5 % reduction in professional
fees will be given * |

4. |
Seniors (65+) may have a 5% reduction in
professional fees ** |

5. |
Clients on a short call list will be given a
5% reduction in professional fees ** |
|
6. |
Clients who do not give 48 hours notice when
changing appointments (two business days)
are required to prepay for all work at the
time they book the appointment. If the
scheduled appointment is missed or changed
without 48 hours notice the deposit will be
charged to the account |
Clients are required to give 48 hours notice to
change an appointment. This allows us to reschedule the
allotted time
Phone messages on the answering machine will be deemed
to have been received at the start of the next business
day.
*The prepayment option does not apply to recall
appointments
