Financial Arrangements

Financial arrangements for all work are made at the time of the initial exam. The options are listed below:
1. Prepayment Option (before or at the time the first appointment is booked). A 5%* reduction in professional fees will be given as a bookkeeping courtesy if the account is prepaid in full for all the scheduled work (appointments). No reduction in fees (under the prepayment option) will be given after the first appointment has been booked. **For continuing care appointments they must be paid for at the time they are booked too (i.e. at the last continuing care appointment)

2. Payment at each appointment for the work completed that day.

3. VISA, or INTERAC

4. Emergency care where finances are limited can have special payment arrangements up to three months to settle the account. These payments must be by credit card.

6. Seniors (65 and over) may have a 5%* reduction in professional fees if accounts are paid at or before the appointment...(no post-dated cheques or payment plans)

7. Clients going on the short call list with no booked appointments who will come in at short notice will be entitled to a 5%* bookkeeping courtesy on professional fees if accounts are paid at or before the appointment.

For major prosthetic work the professional fee will be billed at the impression appointment and the laboratory fee will be billed at the insertion appointment.
